Senior Vice Commander - Army

Danny grew up in Billings, where he graduated from high school in 1989. Subsequently, that year he graduated from U.S. Army Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training, becoming a 63B, Light Wheel Vehicle Mechanic, now 91B.  Over the course of 31 years, he would see many places, including deployments in support of Desert Shield/Storm, Bosnia, OIF, and two for OEF.   In addition to his deployments, he spent a lot of time in Germany over three tours, one tour in Korea, and one tour in Hawaii.

The culmination of his career would be the selection for the rank of Sergeant Major, graduating from the United States Army Sergeant Major Academy, Class #66. His awards include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star with Oak leaf, Meritorious Service Medal with two Oak leaf, Combat Action Badge, and Drill Sergeant Badge. 

He retired from the U.S. Army in 2020, where he now resides in Nixa, with his wife, Helen.
